Een laagdrempelige conditietraining, zonder harde muziek maar met je hele lichaamsgewicht als inzet! Doe lekker mee, het is een leuke groep die er elke week weer zin in heeft. Op donderdag van 11-12 uur, na afloop koffie en thee voor de liefhebbers.
Koryo bestaat 45 jaar!
Deze maand (augustus 2023) bestaat Stichting Koryo 45 jaar!
In augustus 1978 richtte Kwang Jang Nim Robbin Baly Stichting Koryo op met als doel de Koreaanse krijgskunsten te promoten en beoefening daarvan te bevorderen. Dat begon in het centrum van Amsterdam en vanaf 1990 in Amsterdam Zuidoost, Bijlmermeer.
Menig kind heeft tijdens de gymles een introductieles gekregen van KJN en in die 45 jaar zijn honderden leden actief geweest en nog steeds.
Wij bewonderen KJN Robbin Baly om zijn deskundigheid en enorme kennis o.a. voor wat betreft Martial Arts en feliciteren hem van harte met dit jubileum!
